Speaking at an online panel discussion on the Mingtiandi - Asia real estate intelligence’s Asia Logistics Forum in 25 May, Chong Chee Keong (CCK), General Manager for industrial at Frasers Property Vietnam, said he remains bullish on Vietnam’s industrial & logistics real estate as the country’s favorable economic condition, to meeting significant international interest for more industrial space within the region, Frasers Property Vietnam is growing its industrial portfolio and build its presence across North Vietnam.  

The panelists delivered notable remarks throughout the energetic conversation. When discussing about the “China Plus One” boost which manufacturers are rapidly adopting a strategy to diversify manufacturing locations and reduce supply chain risks, CCK shared that the “queen bees” of the manufacturing sector will likely continue to diversify their operations beyond China to mitigate risks, which is good news for Vietnam.
